On February 20th 2018 Leathwaite held its latest HR Leadership event, titled “HR 2018: The Things That Matter Now,” featuring Sally Gunnell OBE.
Event Synopsis:
As we move into a new year, the road ahead for HR professionals is as exciting and daunting as it has ever been. To mark the advent of our annual HR leadership survey, and in recognition of some of the key topics on the HR agenda, we held a HR Leadership event at our London offices with industry peers to discuss some of the things that really matter now.
Key topics included:
- Cultural Change, Digitization & Talent Acquisition – top 3 business challenges across every sector
- The fact that 80% of the survey have or will undertake a tech-based HR Transformation
- The Chief Culture Officer cited as a the most likely new HR Exco member in 3-5 years (bearing in mind that in 90+% of organisations this is a role that doesn’t exist today).
