London, 1 September 2015: Leathwaite, the global executive search, interim and management consultancy business, has today announced the appointment of Conrad Venter in an advisory capacity.

Conrad’s role will be to provide counsel to Leathwaite’s management board on business and strategy issues, new product service offerings, and to support the company’s aspirations for further international growth and development.

His appointment comes following the announcement this summer of two significant new additions to Leathwaite’s strategic team: Andy Gregson, Leathwaite’s newest partner heading up the launch of the firm’s management consulting practice, and Martin Leuw, its newly appointed Non-Executive Chairman.

Conrad brings to Leathwaite decades of senior level experience in HR and financial services at a global level. His final role before retirement was at Deutsche Bank, where he served as Global Head of HR for more than nine years.

Andrew Wallace, partner at Leathwaite said: “We are very pleased to be adding Conrad’s extensive knowledge of human resources and the financial services sector to our own at Leathwaite. His years of experience operating at a global level will help us ensure we continue to deliver the level of service our international clients have come to expect from us. We also welcome his guidance in helping us in our advancement as a truly global leader in executive search, interim solutions and management consultancy.”
