Our client, a global investment bank, was concerned about the lack of female technology talent in the organisation. They approached us, as an executive search firm committed to diversity, to help them address the problem.
We were tasked with finding 50 female IT officers at all levels, ranging from VP to Managing Director, for the business to meet. We scoured the global technology market, locating individuals from Australia to Brazil, as well as closer to home in the Netherlands.
They hailed from a wide range of organisations, but with one common trait: they were revered, well presented, credible technologists who had the ability to transform and shape technology teams across both the development and infrastructure organisations. After a thorough interview and benchmark process, we narrowed down the candidates to successfully hire over 10 individuals across multiple global regions, to tackle the diversity challenge within the organisation.
