Leathwaite Interim started in 2007. Our experienced consultants understand the challenges of a changing and complex market. Supported by our global search practices, we have access to seasoned interim consultants with industry specialisations, and ex-management consultants who are experienced change agents. They thrive on being placed into scenarios of change and uncertainty, and objectively work towards mutually agreed outcomes. We are able to source interims in the areas of gap cover, strategy, project scoping and mobilisation and end to end delivery.
Providing either tactical ‘gap management’ or strategic change consulting, interims are an invaluable way of harnessing expertise and specialist skills without adding to permanent headcount. An interim can be assigned to a management role in times of uncertainty or to assess suitability before committing to permanent employment. Interim consultants are also an economic alternative to large management consultancies. Experienced interims are typically in the range of £700-2,000 per day.
